EYE LOVE FALL. One of my favorite things about fall is all the shimmery eye colors you get to wear. It's every brown eyed girls dream!! I mean, we all have our own way of celebrating fall right? I tried out two new looks today and I am partial to the first one but hey, live and learn! (Aka there are makeup wipes for a reason!)

I started off like any other teenager buying drug store makeup. As I got older, I took notice of the higher end makeup. I noticed how much longer it seemed to last, and how much more flawless it made me look. And I must say.. I fell absolutely utterly in LOVE. And when I say I fell in love, I mean at least half of my paychecks went to that. Yes, I said half. Then unfortunately, I became a broke college student and those things no longer fit in my budget.. Yes, sadly my high end makeup no longer fit in the necessities category. *sigh* But as a makeup junkie, I obviously had to find a way around it. Trust me, I thought about this long and hard. And it finally came to me.. Maybe its not the makeup, maybe it was me. I had definitely improved my makeup skills over the years. So, maybe I could get the same results as the high end make up with cheaper make up. And that's just what I did. With proper application, they look IDENTICAL. Remember to always put your eye primer before your eyeshadow!! (I am now using the Mary Kay eye primer, only $12 versus the Urban Decay eye primer I was using that was $20) And it works just as well!!! Make sure to keep your eyes closed until it's fully dry so you don't get any unwanted creases! But with this eye primer and the Mary Kay Mineral Eye Color, I get the same results!!
